Cancellation and Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to all Padel travel packages booked with CourtWin Padel Travel, including accommodation and court arrangements in Gran Canaria.
Booking & Payment
100% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Windows & Refunds

| More than 31 days | Full refund (100%) |
| 16–30 days | 50% refund |
| 7–15 days | 25% refund |
| Less than 7 days | Non-refundable (0%) |
- Refund percentages are applied to the total amount paid at booking.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Upon request, we can issue a credit voucher valid for 12 months for a future booking instead of a refund.
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider. Foreign exchange differences and third-party transaction fees are not the responsibility of CourtWin Padel Travel.
Changes & Substitutions
Minor date changes and player substitutions may be accommodated subject to availability and hotel/club approval. Any price differences will apply. Please contact us as early as possible.
